I am a fabricator apprentice doing an engineering apprenticeship looking to develop my skills in the trade and constantly extending my knowledge being involved
Yes basic hand tools skills and engineering working on my tools
Partly yes do think there are many things to be improved as it’s very outdated
Some parts very structured but some are very unorganised and unhelpful with lack of structure
Yes from some people who act as my employer some not so much and lack support
Very supportive and helpful towards my NVQ always reliable
It gives a good bit of knowledge but some is outdated and doesn’t apply to current situations and may require additional support
Not too much that excite me.
