  • I am a fabricator apprentice doing an engineering apprenticeship looking to develop my skills in the trade and constantly extending my knowledge being involved

  • Yes basic hand tools skills and engineering working on my tools

  • Partly yes do think there are many things to be improved as it’s very outdated

  • Some parts very structured but some are very unorganised and unhelpful with lack of structure

  • Yes from some people who act as my employer some not so much and lack support

  • Very supportive and helpful towards my NVQ always reliable

  • It gives a good bit of knowledge but some is outdated and doesn’t apply to current situations and may require additional support

  • Not too much that excite me.
