  • I’ve learnt many new skills in welding and manual handling aswell as general fabrication

  • I enjoy reaching new goals and having friendly competitions with my coworkers

  • My experience inside of the dockyard has been very well structured and I have been given lots of support in reaching my goals

  • I’ve received lots of support from my managers and apprentice leaders, they’ve been monumental to my learning experience
