I've improved my communication significantly during my time as an apprentice.
I have enjoyed my programme thoroughly as it has given me the chance to have real-world learning, getting hands on experience while studying is powerful combination which accelerates growth and progression. Professional development without debt has made me very grateful for the opportunity I've been given.
The programme has been structured in a way that i take on tasks and work based on what exams and modules I've completed with the training provider. This structure has ensured that the tasks i do are challenging but i have the capacity to become competent in completing it.
I've recieved a lot of support from my employer. whether it's by having multiple points of contact regarding mentoring, guidance, course queries, progress reviews. All of this has helped me grow more and more in my role.
I received a lot of support from my employer, however at times the training provider support has been inconsistent at times, with no real stability in tutors teaching the lessons. I had multiple substitute teachers throughout my apprenticeship which hasn't been ideal.
Completing AAT has helped me understand on a theoretical level the tasks that i complete at work. Before the qualification i could complete the tasks given to me at a high level but my level of understanding was limited. Now I'm able to understand what I'm doing more fully

Pursuing excellence is the culture ingrained in Rolls-Royce. If you're ambitious, focused and driven.. Rolls-Royce will only amplify that. I'd recommend RR to a friend because i believe it's an environment that will propel you to success in all areas of your life.
Showing how diligent, studious and ambitious you are will benefit you greatly especially with proven evidence of those traits.
