I am a customer service advisor for credit cards, I answer customers queries daily, from balances, to processing a balance transfer. I am also a subject matter expert so required to take huddles, mark calls etc
I have learned a hige deal from the apprenticeship programme, I have since become a subject matter expert and i feel that the apprenticeship helped this.
I enjoy having tasks and units to be signed off on, as well as investigating other parts of the business that i wouldnt have necessarily have thought about
From colleauges to managers, I always feel a valued part of the crew. There are always opportunities coming up in which can allow me to share experiences/best practice with others
The apprenticeship is very well organised, my trainer - Hilary has been absolutely fantastic. Always giving support when required as well as ensuring that I understand all questions.

I ensure that my employer gives me sufficient time off the phone to work on my apprenticeship tasks, as well as time off when my trainer comes, normally once a month
I think that my salary is at times less than what I would like, however overtime is often available as well as the 4% uplift. Travel costs is often quite a lot
