  • I am currently on a placement working as a service delivery manager. On a day to day I deal with questions from the business find out the technical answers to questions and condense these into an understandable format for users. I also do data analysis of large data sets on excel.

  • I have developed lots of excel skills as well as core knowledge of ITIL foundation qualification.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the work I do and my ability to see all of the different parts of my IT department at the start of my apprenticeship to be able to see which jobs within IT I would like to do and would be suited to.

  • My program is reasonably well structured with enough flexibility to change placements with regards to interests.

  • My employers supports my professional development but has limited involvement in my academic development.

  • My training provider provides basic support with assignments but provides extremely limited information and support with regards to end point assessment

  • My qualification is very well linked to my day to day role and they support and complement each other.

  • Lots of sports groups as well as networking communities for different areas.
