I land store change for the non food side of the business. This involves working with a store/stakeholders from scoping through to implementation of the project works. I manage resource, coach colleagues, liase with all stakeholders involved in the project and also support stores post implementation.
yes! project planning, coaching and leadership styles, risk and issue management techniques.
I enjoyed the programme thoroughly and utlise the knowledge daily!
Although it seemed a lot at first I found the training provides system easy to use and I could see throughout my progress. All sessions were given well in advance so I was able to organise my diary around this. The structure of the course was easy to follow and there was lots of additional stretch resources to use
I received a lot of support from my employer throughout. There was nothing more they could of done to support me whilst I was undertaking the apprenticeship and post completion I was very lucky that people went out of there way to congratulate me
My training provider was very helpful. They worked with me to ensure I stayed on track and when I wasn't they supported me on a plan of action to ensure I could get back on track. There were regular 1-2-1s with PDEs and they signposted me to helpful materials to read or beneficial podcasts for when I was on the road.
it has helped as I use the knowledge daily and often refer back to course materials. It opened my eyes into the wider business and also helped with networking opportunities.
Yes there are but I do not take part in any!
Yes
