Daily catchups with internal stakeholders and teams. Collating audit requirements/ evidence, assisting with project onboarding, governance minute taking.
Yes. My written and verbal communication skills have developed massively. I am more confident in the work I am producing, more computer literate, assisting with projects has helped me gain better knowledge of the business as a whole.
The work I complete is meaningful and supports client success.
I had monthly 1-2-1 catchups with my tutor. We would go through my next unit of work and what is required; as well as reflecting on the work I had previously completed and understand how that incorporated into my job roll.
My employer is very mindful of my studies and provides me with the flexibility of completing my apprenticeship work on time, as well as ensuring my day to day work is also completed and to a high standard.
The qualification gave me the foundations to be able to excel in my role.
