Vodafone has contributed to my development by supporting my participation in the CIPD apprenticeship, which is enhancing my knowledge and skills. This support has allowed me to utilise my current role and gain experiences throughout the business to advance in my development and career.
We have recently started the programme and we building on my existing knowledge to develop around additional areas of HR that I've not yet had experience in.
The lectures are really useful, I do find it difficult to learn and navigate working and 20%off the job. The course I can already see is beneficial toward building my skills and knowledge.
The programme structure is clear, the system and distribution could be simplified to create a more efficient experience overall.
My Employer has been brilliant in supporting my development and creating the opportunity for me to develop in a unique way that I wouldn't have had the opportunity to do in other circumstances.
We get lectures and coaching support which can increase if needed and I always feel as if we can reach out if we have questions or other support required. I require adjustments and our training provider is extremely supportive and always looks for ways to enhance the experience.
We're still very new into the qualification, but I can see how this will be really beneficial in the long run.
Yes, there are lots of opportunities to get involved in lots of different networks.
