Managing a training programme for trainee doctors at ESNEFT, including their weekly teaching schedules, the regional teaching we host (29 sessions this year managed by me), and monitoring their portfolios for their end of year appraisals. I manage this for approx 200 trainee doctors.

I enjoy it a lot but the Customer Services apprenticeship is geared toward retail services and could do with a healthcare variant so that it's more relevant.
It's hard to answer this as I haven't completed any other ones to have a comparison. However, I think it's structured enough.

I receive enough support, but I think it would be better if there were others on the same apprenticeship as me so that I could benefit from group activities.
It's given me a better understanding of the type of business I am in, and how everything functions outside of my immediate workings place.

Supportive about getting the right person for the right job and upskilling them to reach their full potential.
Prepare for a lot of work, but it will be rewarding when you achieve your goals. People are the hardest job out there.
