  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed the programme as previously mentioned I was learning skills which I was able to practically apply in real time, so it gave me the knowledge of the skills I was applying. The main challenge was completing all of the assignment work alongside a full time role which perhaps changes my score from being higher.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I believe the programme was structure well for the module section of the programme, providing taught sessions, reading materials, and video guides. I found the project section of the programme challenging in terms of the structure as there wasn't as much guidance available and assistance at this stage due to being through gateway.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I received a lot of support from my employer as I was firstly given the opportunity to manage an apprentice at the start of the programme which gave me a lot of evidence towards my assignments. A few months into the programme I was successful in getting a new role in the team which gave me more management responsibilities which also helped support my assignment work

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • As previously mentioned I feel the support from the training provider was good throughout the module section of the qualification as there were lots of materials for students to work from. We also had a tutor which I had regular communication with. The support after reaching gateway was limited as previously mentioned

    8/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It 100% helped me in my role especially as I was new to a management role whilst undertaking this management qualification. I was able to apply things I had learnt from the modules, and also self-reflect on things I had done and relate these back to written assignment work.
