I am an analyst my role is to manage stakeholders and review there pain points whilst also looking at the problems and pain points rather than the overall solution
yes i have learnt how to better use my stakeholder management and how best to handle communication
i enjoy the programme it helps me build product knowledge that i never had
i find the structure good you find out your course days well in advance
i get lots of support from my employer i am able to answer questions and look for others to gain open knowledge
i get alot of support when i reach out there can be a delay on replies in the bud app but i dont think that is the trainers fault sometimes
i am building product knowledge that i never had before hand this means i can handle my work alot better meaning the conversation we are having is more enriched
