My role consists of helping customers and putting out stock for customers to buy.
Yes my communication skills have increased a lot and my skills within aldi have improved. Also I have gained a lot more confidence.
I really enjoy the programme and I think I have benefited a lot by doing this programme.
I think my programme is really well structured and organised really well.
I receive a lot of support from my employer and other members of staff they help me and support me as much as they can.
I receive a lot of support from my training provider and I have meetings with her around once a month.
My training provider helps me understand the business side more and how to communicate better to customers and staff.
There aren't any extra activities we have a Christmas meal together.

I think its a perfect programme and a brilliant opportunity to learn and develop key skills. Its a good opportunity to learn how a business works.
I would advise them to not be nervous and be confident when talking to other staff. I would five them tips on how to do the job quicker or any little tricks to help with the work we do.
