Working in manufacturing section of the company and assembling components in accordance with the manufacturing process.
Yes many things developed my communication skills significantly and confidence level has risen in me around my team.

Not at all organised. Treated like full time staff but get none of the benefits of being permanent like job security.

Useless to be quite frank on “new” course that has many irrelevant modules to your job or any feature career paths. It’s been designed by somebody who has worked in the industry before.

Yes there are networking events, karting events etc most events are organised by your relevant team leader if your lucky.
Yes
Yes, they are good employers on things such as benefits are good and most people are top notch. But also ‘no’ if you want to be in motorsport and genuinely learn a skill, this is not the direction go. They do take advantage and very openly now as a Cheap labour scheme thinking anyone can be trained up in a job in two weeks.
If you want to be in motorsport industry this is not the best place to do that. And chances of getting a job are extremely slim from the many apprentices they employee year on year so probably will be moved the onto next apprentice when you leave.
