  • I am a Shift Manager which day to day means I leading the business from a customer experience point of view. Whether that's controlling and ensuring the best food quality or delivery excellent customer service.

  • I've learnt alot more.about how the business works behind the scenes and how small impactful changes can shape the business to be stronger than quick rash decisions.

  • I love it. My tutors are amazing and there are different ways the information is delivered to help keep it engaging.

  • It's perfect. It's alot to learn and understand but it's spaced out do it doesn't becomes overbearing or stressful

  • I receive amazing support from my employer. They work well with my tutors to ensure I get the time and support I need

  • My tutors is always just a message away should I need help. That coupled with regular catch up and check in sessions I feel fully supported

  • It has helped me to understand the bigger impact my day to day decisions can impact the business and has help to shape my mind to make stronger more well informed decisions

  • We have all sorts of extra-curricular activities such as the McDonald's cup!
