I am a sales specialist helping to promote SAP's cloud solutions, mostly into our Large Enterprise install base. I help leads multi-disciplined teams to orchestrate complex engagement and execution plans. This typically involves the creation of a complex Bill of Materials and delivery models.
Many new skills have been developed which leveraging this Masters Degree. A lot of time spent reflecting on our own actions, behaviours and reasoning models. Time spent coaching has helped me engage a more rounded & effective approach to managing sales teams. From an academic perspective, it's allowed me to draw from a far wider and richer pool of knowledge. My writing skills have also improved significantly.
The course is difficult in places and taxing on your brain, but in a really good way. You have to put the effort in and make time to study and understand the content. Overall, I am enjoying being developed as a human being, broadening my thinking and learning to apply this into my professional and personal live.
Very well organised - the communication with Consalia is first rate, as is the calibre of teaching and support staff.
Very little. They helped initiate the course but after that, I've had virtually interaction with my employer but in all honesty, I don't need to.
Outstanding support from the training provider. First rate and an amazing team to work with
It simply creates a wider knowledge base and set of skills, from which to operate professionally.
I support various charities and church events designed to help the community. Especially focused on helping those with mental health challenges and those with issues closely connected with generational poverty.

Strong company to work for and I do genuinely feel that I am helping the world run better and improving people's lives. I get to support some incredible organisations across multiple industries and work in a global market. Good benefits too!
Network ahead of any interview. Get to know the players and exactly what the role will entail. SAP is a strong but demanding company. Everything you put in will be returned to you twice over, if you're willing to listen, learn and work hard.
