-my role entails maintaining services to ensure smooth running throughout appplications -meetings -data analysis
developed communication skills learnt technical skills on excel and databases. gained a whole new knowledge of information i didnt know before. Can now utilise tools within excel adequately that match my role
very much- pleasant atmosphere, friendly network and a wealth of support
very well organised however the only thing i could comment on is the lack of cohesiveness between barclays and multiverse as a lot of multiverses sources are blocked for security reasons, however this is manageable as we can access blocked sources via our personal devices
plenty of support- days for study, plenty of opportunity to grow and develop knowledge and skills. networking groups for apprentices and events to strengthen skills available
plenty- emails always open, group coaching sessions, office hour sessions weekly to drop in and ask any questions/discuss any concerns, coach chat/ atlas- AI tool built within multiverse tailored to our specific course,
massively- our projects contribute towards our roles as they are heavily intertwined
yes! a huge amount- campus events, networking groups, ERGs, sports team, litter picking groups etc
Yes
nothing negative to say, only positive
be yourself! come prepared with experiences you think match our values- do your research on history and values!
