I am really enjoying my program, the people I work with day to day are very helpful to my development. I know that I have made the correct decision with this company.
Very organised, i have a set structure and plan for the next year of my job, knowing what to do and where to go each day.
Plenty of support. There are always people to reach out to and everyone is here to help and progress the apprentices through to be the best version they can be.
I receive a lot of support, the tutors are always there to help and support my learning
Some of the work is referenced in my day to day role, however due to the niche market my company is in, not everything we learn in college is useful to my role but it is beneficial to develop my experience and knowledge of engineering as a whole.
Yes there is a variety of things to do like the 5k run club and football on Mondays and Wednesdays plus much more. Charity events are held regularly also like bowling events and football charity matches.
