Assistant Manager. Overall day to day running of the store of 15-20 people. Supporting Branch Manager where needed
Yes. The course helped me expand on what I thought was already a strong set of skills. The Webinars really helped with the learning of the new skills also
The programme was brilliant. The sense of achievement at the end of the course was a great feeling
