Managing car insurance claims and settling third party credit hire claims.
Negotiations skills and learning / using case law
It's extremely time consuming and stressful but worth it when you see the results you achieve. The effort = the result.
Started very well structured and organised, as time has passed towards the end you are considered on your own.
Anything I have asked for I have been given. The employer has been fully flexible with my needs and requests.
As mentioned initially the support was brilliant. As we move through the apprenticeship, it appears to have gone full blown 'do this yourself' which is fine if you are organised and dedicated like myself but many others feel very lost.
It has a small impact at this level. If nothing else, I have used it to amend conduct and how I approach the tasks and build rapport with colleagues in the professional environment.
