Fixing problems with HVAC you learn a lot of different automation software, electrical wiring , electrical testing, a lot of computing software, can be busy depending on the site but there is always something to learn
teamwork, communication, being able to solve problems quicker, software, even more computer literate
i really enjoy it because of the people on the job , you meet people that are actually willing to help you and genuinely want the best for you, not only that but you do learn a lot of skills and knowledge that can be used in your home.
its very structured as there is something to do everyday and there is so much to learn, there is always a day by day plan on what you have to do, you can go in your own pace as well there is a checklist but its mostly for you to understand where you are
i receive everyhting i need , every problem i had i just needed to know who to speak to and my problem was solved
i receive a lot as there are multiple people to help you
it helps me gain the knowledge to why certain problems the way that they are, they also teach me about the raw knowledge behind things and really go in depth
there is every 2 month meet up which is really good for networking but not much in terms of social , sports
