As a crew member I provide excellent customer service and care for customers. I prepare food in a high quality and timely manner. In my apprenticeship I look at different things like data protection and how to use good customer service and more.
Yes I have learnt what should and shouldn’t be shared when handling small complains with customer there are things I didn’t realises fell under GDPR and have improved in work with material I have learnt.
I enjoy the apprenticeship and I don’t find the work boring and it is easy to get to grips with I could just use a bit more support with the apprenticeship.
I would say well organised but there is also a lack of organisation due to inconsistency of apprenticeship shifts
A good amount they ask me if there is anything I need help with are assure me that I can go to them if I need support.
My training provider is very good and gives me lots of support when needed and supports extra things I need for exams etc
I think my apprenticeship helps me a lot it shows me how to deal with customers in a better manner and to show better body language and to make sure customers are supported and receive the best food and service.

McDonald’s is a really good place to work to improve social and communication skills, while also showing you how a businesses is run while working.
Be confident when speaking to customers as in the interview they sometimes ask you to hand some orders out of the window and ask questions when having your interview.
