Recruiting staff for the business, looking after the strategy of the recruitment and early careers teams.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Wider reading has been a great skill i have learnt across the apprenticeship so far, looking externally and sharing external learning

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Its early on in the apprenticeship, but it is definitely challenging me and i have the support i need from the business

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Yes good, theres a good amount of time between webinars and then time to do the assignments and wider reading

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots, i can take as much time as i need, I have support from an internal mentor along with the support of other apprentices

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

At the beginning it wasnt as much as there were some issues with the training provider tutor. But i now have a tutor with the training provider and its working well

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

across the whole programme it will benefit me alot in the role and understanding the wider HR team

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Quarterly team nights out, annual company conference, food vans when we have a anniversary celebration

Yes

Its a fantastic company to work for, full of support, management actually listen and you can really do what you want if you have the drive to give back. Team work, collaboration are welcomed and we are one big family.
