Started in the academy, learning about what the company intales, how the business works. What is expected for us and what is expected from the company. Great start to the apprenticeship, felt right at home after being welcomed and getting to know the staff. Now I currently am out on patch, fitting boilers and serving customers with a smile.
Of course! I have learned a lot of technical skills such as, being hands on with tools in the correct manner. Also got my certifications in unvented and water regs as well as working at heights. I have also grown as a character working for British Gas. Working on my people skills as well as customer skills.
Not a bad word to say
Not very good, we are still figuring out what is expected for our coursework as well as the staff teaching it have no clue. The tools provided looked like they came from a kids play set. Ridiculous.
