Is very enjoyable company to work for , but with regarding the apprenticeship it has many floors such organisations, how limited we are and support through being on path is minimal, and not been structured well . Working on field can be enjoyable but sometimes may feel like free labour and can be demotivated by other engineers

Yes learnt many skills but limited with what we can do on path as mentors can be reluctant on what they can allow us to do
