On a day to day basis, I’m out with my mentor who takes great care of me & gives me task to do each day. As I get better at them I do bigger jobs
Most definitely
Getting the exclusive training from the best engineers on my patch & they give me great information on how to tackle certain areas

Good support
Decent support
All I know is that trainers are not to blame for the structure of how it is.
We don’t do any team sports
Yes
