Communication skills
I have found the programme to be more generic and as my role is more specialist in its area I haven't taken as much away from the programme to use in my day to day role as I would have liked to
The webinars are structured throughout the year but often with long gaps
Great support from my manager and team around me
I found this was quite poor to being with though this has gotten better when my coach changed
I feel my role is more specialised so whilst this has given me more generalised insight it hasn't equipped me better in my current role

Be prepared to change as the business is evolving at pace meaning roles constantly change and evolve
