Answering phone calls, taking customer enquiries and ensuring I give excellent customer service. I manage mail, help out tutors to prep for their day and follow up with printing and organising tasks. I also have to input learners onto a data base and ensure data deadlines are met.
I have learnt many new skills and doing this has help increase and develop my communication/confidence skills.
I really enjoy my apprentice role, as I'm learning many skills and still earning an income. I love having so much support around me and this has really helped with settling me in. I look forward coming to work because I know I can learn something new everyday.
I receive so much support from my employer and she always does her best to ensure I have enough time to complete my learning plan. She always answers any questions I have and supports me in all ways possible.
My learning coach really supports me and talks me through my learning plan. She is very responsive and is always willing to help me with any questions i have.
It has eased me into a different work path way and gives me so much more knowledge.
My work always have work do's- e.g. Christmas meals, leaving parties, team get together' s.
