Reporting financial results for the month, responsible for accruals and prepayments and all month end adjustments.

I have learned how to accurately produce and report financial accounts.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme has been largely positive, the tutors for the study have been very supportive and the study for exams has been very beneficial. The talent coach side could have been better.

The study days are well organised and structured, I understand what learning I will be undertaking and the process as a whole.

The learning has been helpful in understanding my role better but due to each module varying it can be difficult to apply all learning directly to the job.

Get involved in everything you can, learn about the different areas of the business to gain a good understanding of who will be able to support you
