An overview of my role is to solve the software problems of our product to a range of different customers in order to provide a positive customer experience
I have learnt skills such as conflict management, positive customer experience and many others. I've managed to drastically increase my customer service skills to a higher level also.
I enjoy the program and the simplicity of the work, as well as the clarity of what we need to evidence.
The programme is structured okay yet this was changed around a lot during my program, which then caused a lot of hassle in what I needed to do come this time at evidence showing.
I receive an adequate amount of support from my employer yet sometimes finding time for the apprenticeship in day to day working may be hard during busier times.
I receive a good amount of support from my training provider who is always available for extra sessions and can answer anything I need quickly and effectively
The qualification helps me perform a little better in the role due to learning the techniques of how customer service may work and how the psychology of customers may be interpreted.
Social activities include social gatherings, networking events, football 5 a side to name a few.
