  • Manage a team of mechanical experts providing technical advice to customers over the phone. I manage the function, performance and improvement of engagement/KPI's/commercial performance

  • I have no concerns, however as the programme gets more intense I may need additional time that I am requiring now

  • It was opened my eyes to working differently when considering projects and how the decisions made have an impact on the financials
