Fast- paced, you need to be adaptable. Employees are supportive and encourage apprentices to take on challenges. The hands on experience you'll gain through the duration is invaluable for your start in an aviation career. You will be removing, installing and inspecting various components on business jets.

There are many events you can be involved in and even create, you just have to pitch the idea for approval. There is always opportunities to do outreach at schools and events which allows you to simultaneously expanding your network.

Although it can be challenging due to the fast paced nature, once you have accomplished and overcome them it is rewarding and great to be part of a wider team who strives for excellence. The experience, opportunities and people you meet are all wonderful!
Your apprenticeship is what you make of it! If your passionate and have ideas, pitch them to your company and they can aid in implementing them. You need to ensure that your time management is good and your able to be adaptable.
