    • Solving engineering problems with with immediate containment measures, followed by robust long term solutions. Maintaining admin target trackers, Using CAD, SAP, Excel, 3D Printing, laser Measuring

    • My days are busy which is nice as there is always things to do, my team are friendly and were very helpful when joining in order to get me up to speed with how everything works.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • Initially a lot of confusion with the job description and structure but now in my 3rd year it is much more organised

    • Lots of support weather that is day trips to other plants, time to study in work time, 1 to 1 sessions with management

    • Very little

    • very little carry over, alot of room for improvement with content and teaching staff

    • yes, lots of sports teams charity fundraisers, socials with work team

    • Great opportunity, well located, very cool place to work with cars, lots of possibilities to move around the business
