Daily I complete tasks such as data validations, various excel tasks. I've also had the opportunity to work within various working groups in regulatory compliance and been able to write comms for the team.

I enjoy the programme and its a great start to my career but there are a few improvements that could take it to a 10
My team have been amazing throughout however, it would of been good to have more support from the early careers team as after the onboarding call there wasn't much else and not any proper guidance for our teams.
My team are super supportive
QA have been great with regular calls (EPARC) and live events
I've developed key excel skills and knowledge around topics such as AI, algorithms and regulations.
