A day to day at work for me is handling calls and managing emails also dealing with customers whether that's a new booking or guidance with a booking. I also focus on my apprenticeship days completing work set to a sufficient amount of detail.
I have developed my communication skills and gained so much more confidence I've never handled phone calls before so this is one way that has helped me develop these skills further.
I am really enjoying my programme I enjoy talking to the customers and gaining knowledge on all these destinations and helping customers dream come true
It is very organized we are always planning what next and putting dates to schedule calls and for when to have completed work.
I recieve alot of support we are offered study days to focus on solely apprentice work and also organize apprentice training days where we all discuss what's going well for us and how we can help each other
My trainer gives me all the support I need whether that's extra time off shop floor to focus on my apprentice work or just some guidance with my tasks set.
I believe it will help me perform better in my role as I have had the chance to meet many people and their stories of how they have developed and able to take on their advice
we have our Christmas party at Christmas which is a social activity
