Looking at what we offer our brokers in terms of added value propositions within our Distribution Strategy. I also manage aspects of our proposition within strategic projects.
Organisational Strategy context of why we make some of the decisions we do. Financial Strategy learnings help in day to day
Remote learning was useful, as was structure of the terms. Some reading was more than what could be allocated on the OTJ calculator e.g. a half day workshop and several hours work couldnt be completed in one day
Well organised and accessible for learning, however the skills coach sessions were a bit disjointed
As much as i asked for - were really supportive
Tutors would support where they could, although the ethics module was not as well supported and was confusing sometimes in its structure.
Excellent material that is relatable within the business

Very supportive of PDP and inclusive place to work
Be yourself and focus on 'how' you do things as much as 'what' you achieve.
