  • I work closely with members of my team to learn about the industry. i help making documents for clients and uploading documents onto different systems.

  • I have learnt how to be more organised as well as achieving professional qualifications. I have developed my technical knowledge and communication skills.

  • I enjoy my apprentice program as there are a wide rage of opportunities for apprentices at Aon. I enjoy learning more about the industry i work in and developing my skills along the way.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme has a light structure to it - there is a guided timeline however it is changed to suit everyone individually, it is very organised with calls being scheduled well in advance as well as a timeline for our studies.

  • I receive a good amount of support from my employer - I am able to complete work independently however there is always someone to help when its needed.

  • I receive a good amount of support from my training provider, they answer my questions when needed and support me in my learning

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I believe having qualifications gives me a better understanding of the work im doing and why im doing it . it allows me to have knowledge of the whole industry and not just my role.

  • Yes there are many extra activities. we have committees dedicated to young people who host events enabling networking amongst the younger generations,
