I work closely with members of my team to learn about the industry. i help making documents for clients and uploading documents onto different systems.
I have learnt how to be more organised as well as achieving professional qualifications. I have developed my technical knowledge and communication skills.
I enjoy my apprentice program as there are a wide rage of opportunities for apprentices at Aon. I enjoy learning more about the industry i work in and developing my skills along the way.
My programme has a light structure to it - there is a guided timeline however it is changed to suit everyone individually, it is very organised with calls being scheduled well in advance as well as a timeline for our studies.
I receive a good amount of support from my employer - I am able to complete work independently however there is always someone to help when its needed.
I receive a good amount of support from my training provider, they answer my questions when needed and support me in my learning
I believe having qualifications gives me a better understanding of the work im doing and why im doing it . it allows me to have knowledge of the whole industry and not just my role.
