I have mostly learnt new skills but I have definitely developed my existing skills to a higher standard.
I very much have enjoyed all aspects of my apprenticeship from the first week joining.
Very well organised, we have frequent training and have a timetable from our first day of how our programme is going to structured.
I am always in contact with my early careers team where they provide me with support. As well as my line manager.

Great supportive employer where you are surrounded by employees that help you grow in the market.
Aon is an amazing place to work, they value who you are so don't pretend to be someone you are not to try and get in.
