I am an apprentice manager. My workday will consist of doing general store assistant task aswell as management tasks such as dealing with waste, looking at parameters, managing the safe and much more. With these tasks i also do alot of online learning, looking deeper into how the business is ran.

I really enjoy the programme as i have progressed alot from where i started. I have gained alot of knowledge into the business and customer experience. This has opened my mind into the insides of the business
The programme is well structured and i have a good plan in motion. I have help from both my work coaches and my managers
I receive alot of support from my employers. They give me training on new areas of the business as often as they can and always let me try new jobs to help me get to a good level of confidence
I receive alot of help from my work coach who are very helpful with any questions i have and also help me gain valuable learning
My qualification helps alot with my performance as i learn new things so i have that extra knowledge and know how to deal with situations and general tasks
Yes we have regular get togethers with the staff where we will go out for food and drinks just to have a good time

I really like what i have achieved in my apprenticeship so far and i am in a friendly working environment with room for progression from wherever you start
I think you would enjoy working at aldi as there is alot to do. Youll never find yourself board, you have a friendly working environment where you wont feel left out. The pay is good and also you have supportive managers who help you anywhere they can.
