I work as a form of Broker support for construction insurance. My teams works to assist the Brokers in their daily tasks and is a non client facing role.
I have learnt many new skills whilst working in my team like technological skills. As well as developing skills such as communication and time management
I have had a very enjoyable experience so far during my apprenticeship
My programme has been incredibly well organised
I receive plenty of support from my employer

My qualification has really helped me understand thoroughly about my day-to-day work
