Small change delivery and continuous improvement.
Learned new Project Management techniques and formal processes etc.
I enjoy the course content, but the live sessions are sometimes a little uninspiring.
I feel the programme is well structured overall. But the material for individual modules isn't always entirely relevant to the end submission piece.
