    • I have been studying a Level 4 Apprenticeship with Cambridge Marketing College since August 2024.

  • 2. What training and skills development did you learn from your virtual experience?

    • I have been studying towards a qualification in Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility. So far I have learnt about supply chain, the SDGs, and carbon mapping. We have met as a team, an Asda cohort team, and with our tutors.

    • It is still ongoing. Some tasks are of interest to me, others are not as much.

    • It is very clear to follow.

  • 5. How much did you learn about the company culture and what it would be like to work there?

    • We discover lots about the company and through on-boarding training learn about allies and the inclusive nature.

    • It is helping build my knowledge of sustainability and I do hope it opens up more opportunities for me when it's completed.
