Currently at resource group training centre where I am studying and sitting my necessary exams in order to get my cat a license, also working in the hangar with the aircraft’s and being taught the maintenance procedures.
I have learnt many new skills such as ; riveting, lock wiring and many more hands on skills . Most learnt in the workshop
I am around 8 months into my program and I’m really enjoying the process and have learnt so much and I am very excited to use my new skills in the hangar back at the Babcock hangar
Very well structured, I have a full schedule of my training course while I am at resource group and it’s shows me where and what I’m doing everyday aswell as when all my exams are planned for
I receive a lot of support from my employer, every couple months I have a meeting involving my manager back at Babcock and members of the team at resource. But also I receive emails asking how I am and offering and support, especially around when I have an exam
My training provides are very good with the amount of support they offer , they are always making sure we are happy with how we are being taught and also offer us extra support if necessary
Without my training provider I would not have learnt the skills or passed the exams needed for my job role , they do a great job at making sure we are prepared enough for when we go back to our employment.
No but we all like to play football at lunch
Yes
They have been very supportive and have treated me very well with everything and I’m sure they will continue to do so
