I am a Business Admin Apprentice. I work at the Tech Centre. Each day my tasks are different but they involve dealing with customers, on the phone, via email and face to face, raising job cards, checking cars, updating excel spreadsheets on MRC cars, invoicing, taking payment.
I am currently studying Business Admin, level 2. Each day is different, you learn a new thing every day. I am learning alot.
I thoroughly enjoy working at the Tech Centre. I feel like I am part of a big team, whom all get along very well. We can all work both together and individually. I am very kean to learn more/
I feel valued by PSA by my manager, my colleagues as I am involved with various tasks and projects.
I feel it is structured well. We had a great induction week where we got to spend time with fellow apprentice's. Further to this we have our assessor who is very easy to bond with and he is very supportive. I think it would be more beneficial if we had study blocks, whereby we all get together and work as a group.
My assessor really supports me if ever i need any help.
I recieve maximum support available from both my manager, who is always there to help me if I am struggling in any situation and HR, who if I have a problem I know I could go to in any situation. I feel they are both a great guidance and will always help me if i need any help.
I feel like I earn a generous salary for an apprenticeship, however once my car, pension and NI has been taken out I do stuggle to pay things such as rent and all my bills as well a going out.
I feel like I have met some wonderful people whom I spend a lot of time outside of work with. I have took part in a couple of events such as Children In Need where we went to London and helped raise money at the UK's largest car wash. It would be great to be involved in more company events as they are really enjoyable.

It's great to be part of such a well known, productive, capable company. You get to work with so many inspiring people whom and encouraging and you feel proud to work for such a brilliant company/
It is important to work as hard as you can to get good exam grades to show you have the capabilitys. It is good to get a lot of back ground knowledge about PSA. Further to this it is important to be confident during the application progress. You must show your keen and willing and having a lot of work experience is good to demonstrate what skills you have.
