My day to day role involves managing and directing a team of individuals within the retail sector.
I’ve learnt plenty of skills throughout my years here, I started off as a nervous young lad who had just moved into a city I didn’t know, and now I can say I’m a confident young man.
Yeah I enjoy it a lot, it pushes me out of my comfort zone and learn new challenges and take them on to the best of my ability.
It’s really well structured, it’s given me a clear understanding of where I need to be and what I need to do to get there.
A good amount, whenever I’m struggling I always go to my employer for more details, he helps me regarding what I need to do
I receive all the support I need from my training provider, whenever I’m struggling they are there to help me.
Errrr not particularly, there are a few elements which help me within my role but not too many
There are a few, not too many, I would like there to be more but they have a few footballing activities going on here and there
Yes
Hard graft and I think I’ve got a good future with the company
Prepare to work hard but in the end it will all pay off
