my role involves me speaking to clients and financial advisers about their workplace pensions

ive develeoped my communication, and teamwork skills

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Ive enjoyed the programme however the content i learn for the apprenticeship and my daily role have no alignment.

it is well structured. the timetable gives me a good idea of when to start and hand in my missions.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I recive good support from my employer as we have regular meetings to make sure im up to date with all tasks and if i need any help then they always give me their support

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Good support, again we have regualr meetings and towards epa, I can schedule as many meetings as i like and want. If i need a quick anwer on something then i always get a fast email response

i has given me a better idea of the business world and i cann apply that in my phone calls i have with clients

ive attended professional networking events which ive enjoyed.

ive gained alot of skills and as my first professional job, im able to take the skills ive gained from here to my next position. its a great company as everyone is friendly and has a range of diversity

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Fidelity International?

i advise that you work hard and stay on top of all tasks and make sure you are organised.
