I book appointments for Sexual Health and Contraception. I also do admin based tasks.
Booking appointments, networking with new people, adapting my skills into new ones.
I enjoy it very well. It is very knowledgeable and I enjoy learning new skills and adapting them to my work.
It is very organized in the way that I follow a schedule for daily tasks. I.e booking appointments but also it is organised/structured in the way that i can complete my study time properly whilst not having to worry about my role.
I receive lots of support within not only my role but also taking in my personal circumstances as well. I feel like I can go to my employer in times of need or just to have a chat.
I feel like I get an adequate amount of support from my training provider. I meet with her monthly on teams.
I feel like my qualification helps me to improve on my knowledge and also helps me accurately be able to describe how I complete tasks within my role.
Sometimes there are social activities such as christmas parties or fun easter games. There are professional Networking events such as SAGE.
Yes
I would recommend the NHS to a friend as I feel like it has good benefits and also it gives you the opportunity to grow whether you stay in the same role or expand.
I would say be truthful and open with yourself about what you need and want to acheieve.
