I work in EY as an audit staff and my main responsibility is to perform audit testing, communicate with stakeholders, and offer assistance in the aspect of quality and risk management.
Yes, I have develop my technical skills in audit and also some soft skills such as communication, time management etc.
I am satisfied with my current programme now as people are very supportive in EY, including the leadership, student team, counsellor, and other colleagues. There are always plenty of changes for learning and improving.
