  • Yes, I have developed an multitude of skills both practical & strategic including excel, PowerPoint, presentation skills etc

  • I have enjoyed the programme a lot and feel it has enhanced me

  • The programme is relatively well organised however there are some aspects that could be better planned. E.g. interaction with training provider.

  • I have received a lot of support!

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Due to the new layout of the qualification there has been a lot of uncertainty around the qualification, I believe the training provider could do a bit more to support us through this time.

  • I believe it will and has been useful to understand the basis of how we are to operate as professionals

  • Yes, there are several types of socials to attend including (apprentice socials, book club, run club, schemes mental health events, network groups etc)

  • Yes

  • It is a great organisation to work for as they provide a lot of support, varied work and opportunities and priorities the health and wellbeing of not only their staff and customers but the environment they operate in.

  • - Do your research on the organisation to understand their values and strategies - Be authentic in your interview - Ensure you are informed and confident you understand what the priorities of your role will be
