The role varies and includes working within the HR & wider sector in both specialist and generalist areas.
Yes, I have developed an multitude of skills both practical & strategic including excel, PowerPoint, presentation skills etc
I have enjoyed the programme a lot and feel it has enhanced me
The programme is relatively well organised however there are some aspects that could be better planned. E.g. interaction with training provider.
I have received a lot of support!
Due to the new layout of the qualification there has been a lot of uncertainty around the qualification, I believe the training provider could do a bit more to support us through this time.
I believe it will and has been useful to understand the basis of how we are to operate as professionals
Yes, there are several types of socials to attend including (apprentice socials, book club, run club, schemes mental health events, network groups etc)

It is a great organisation to work for as they provide a lot of support, varied work and opportunities and priorities the health and wellbeing of not only their staff and customers but the environment they operate in.
