  • Yes, its helped me develop great feedback skills. Supporting the members of my team that need extra support. It has helped me develop understandings of the finance and understanding reports side of my role

  • It can feel intense with the workload, it took me a while to find my feet back into education. But I always feel comfortable with my coach and their support. This helped me find my feet again.

  • Great structure and the units fit together nicely. So it makes the course feel like it has a flow that makes sense.

  • A lot of support, I get time to do my work load and help when I need it.

  • A lot, my coach has always been kind, supportive and helped me develop all my skills and taught me ones I am not as confident with.

  • it give me a lot more confidents and a strong skill set to develop my team, grow my store and have a better understanding of the industry I am in.

  • It have a great atmosphere, the team support each other and there is always potential for development

  • Go and have a look in a store, speak to the staff if you can. know a brief history of Screwfix and be yourself in the interview
