i didn't enjoy my apprenticeship programme - everything was virtual and tough to stay engaged

everything was virtual and therefore tough to stay focussed. There was a lot of work to complete alongisde the day job

its very structured from management down and everything needs to go through chains for checking work etc. It can become quite tedious
