  • i didn't enjoy my apprenticeship programme - everything was virtual and tough to stay engaged

  • everything was virtual and therefore tough to stay focussed. There was a lot of work to complete alongisde the day job

  • very little

  • my skills coach was actually really engaging

  • its very structured from management down and everything needs to go through chains for checking work etc. It can become quite tedious
